Quran 4:8 from Surah An-Nisaa on Divine Marvels.
وَإِذَا حَضَرَ ٱلۡقِسۡمَةَ أُوْلُواْ ٱلۡقُرۡبَىٰ وَٱلۡيَتَٰمَىٰ وَٱلۡمَسَٰكِينُ فَٱرۡزُقُوهُم مِّنۡهُ وَقُولُواْ لَهُمۡ قَوۡلٗا مَّعۡرُوفٗا
English translation: And when present (at) the (time of) division (of) the relatives and the orphans and the poor then provide them from it and speak to them words (of) kindness
Transliteration: wa-idha hadara al-qis'mata ulu al-qur'ba wal-yatama wal-masakinu fa-ur'zuquhum min'hu waqulu lahum qawlan ma'rufan
