Quran 4:64 from Surah An-Nisaa on Divine Marvels.
وَمَآ أَرۡسَلۡنَا مِن رَّسُولٍ إِلَّا لِيُطَاعَ بِإِذۡنِ ٱللَّهِۚ وَلَوۡ أَنَّهُمۡ إِذ ظَّلَمُوٓاْ أَنفُسَهُمۡ جَآءُوكَ فَٱسۡتَغۡفَرُواْ ٱللَّهَ وَٱسۡتَغۡفَرَ لَهُمُ ٱلرَّسُولُ لَوَجَدُواْ ٱللَّهَ تَوَّابٗا رَّحِيمٗا
English translation: And not We sent any Messenger except to be obeyed by (the) permission (of) Allah And if [that] they when they wronged themselves (had) come to you and asked forgiveness (of) Allah and asked forgiveness for them the Messenger surely they would have found Allah Oft-Forgiving Most Merciful
Transliteration: wama arsalna min rasulin illa liyuta'a bi-idh'ni al-lahi walaw annahum idh zalamu anfusahum jauka fa-is'taghfaru al-laha wa-is'taghfara lahumu al-rasulu lawajadu al-laha tawwaban rahiman
