Quran 4:62 from Surah An-Nisaa on Divine Marvels.
فَكَيۡفَ إِذَآ أَصَٰبَتۡهُم مُّصِيبَةُۢ بِمَا قَدَّمَتۡ أَيۡدِيهِمۡ ثُمَّ جَآءُوكَ يَحۡلِفُونَ بِٱللَّهِ إِنۡ أَرَدۡنَآ إِلَّآ إِحۡسَٰنٗا وَتَوۡفِيقًا
English translation: So how when befalls them disaster for what sent forth their hands then they come to you swearing by Allah Not we intended except good and reconciliation
Transliteration: fakayfa idha asabathum musibatun bima qaddamat aydihim thumma jauka yahlifuna bil-lahi in aradna illa ih'sanan watawfiqan
