English translation: O you who believe[d] Obey Allah and obey the Messenger and those (having) authority among you Then if you disagree in anything refer it to Allah and the Messenger if you believe in Allah and the Day [the] Last That (is) best and more suitable (for final) determination
Transliteration: yaayyuha alladhina amanu ati'u al-laha wa-ati'u al-rasula wa-uli al-amri minkum fa-in tanaza'tum fi shayin farudduhu ila al-lahi wal-rasuli in kuntum tu'minuna bil-lahi wal-yawmi al-akhiri dhalika khayrun wa-ahsanu tawilan
