Quran 4:166 from Surah An-Nisaa on Divine Marvels.
لَّٰكِنِ ٱللَّهُ يَشۡهَدُ بِمَآ أَنزَلَ إِلَيۡكَۖ أَنزَلَهُۥ بِعِلۡمِهِۦۖ وَٱلۡمَلَٰٓئِكَةُ يَشۡهَدُونَۚ وَكَفَىٰ بِٱللَّهِ شَهِيدًا
English translation: But Allah bears witness to what He (has) revealed to you He has sent it down with His Knowledge and the Angels bear witness And is sufficient Allah (as) a Witness
Transliteration: lakini al-lahu yashhadu bima anzala ilayka anzalahu bi'il'mihi wal-malaikatu yashhaduna wakafa bil-lahi shahidan
