Quran 4:155 from Surah An-Nisaa on Divine Marvels.
فَبِمَا نَقۡضِهِم مِّيثَٰقَهُمۡ وَكُفۡرِهِم بِـَٔايَٰتِ ٱللَّهِ وَقَتۡلِهِمُ ٱلۡأَنۢبِيَآءَ بِغَيۡرِ حَقّٖ وَقَوۡلِهِمۡ قُلُوبُنَا غُلۡفُۢۚ بَلۡ طَبَعَ ٱللَّهُ عَلَيۡهَا بِكُفۡرِهِمۡ فَلَا يُؤۡمِنُونَ إِلَّا قَلِيلٗا
English translation: Then because of their breaking (of) their covenant and their disbelief in (the) Signs (of) Allah and their killing (of) the Prophets without any right and their saying Our hearts (are) wrapped Nay (has) set a seal Allah on their (hearts) for their disbelief so not they believe except a few
Transliteration: fabima naqdihim mithaqahum wakuf'rihim biayati al-lahi waqatlihimu al-anbiyaa bighayri haqqin waqawlihim qulubuna ghul'fun bal taba'a al-lahu alayha bikuf'rihim fala yu'minuna illa qalilan
