English translation: And for Allah (is) whatever (is) in the heavens and whatever (is) in the earth And surely We have instructed those who were given the Book from before you and yourselves that you fear Allah But if you disbelieve then indeed for Allah (is) whatever (is) in the heavens and whatever (is) in the earth And is Allah Free of need Praiseworthy
Transliteration: walillahi ma fi al-samawati wama fi al-ardi walaqad wassayna alladhina utu al-kitaba min qablikum wa-iyyakum ani ittaqu al-laha wa-in takfuru fa-inna lillahi ma fi al-samawati wama fi al-ardi wakana al-lahu ghaniyyan hamidan
