Quran 4:126 from Surah An-Nisaa on Divine Marvels.
وَلِلَّهِ مَا فِي ٱلسَّمَٰوَٰتِ وَمَا فِي ٱلۡأَرۡضِۚ وَكَانَ ٱللَّهُ بِكُلِّ شَيۡءٖ مُّحِيطٗا
English translation: And for Allah (is) what (is) in the heavens and what (is) in the earth and is Allah of every thing All-Encompassing
Transliteration: walillahi ma fi al-samawati wama fi al-ardi wakana al-lahu bikulli shayin muhitan
