Quran 39:46 from Surah Az-Zumar on Divine Marvels.
قُلِ ٱللَّهُمَّ فَاطِرَ ٱلسَّمَٰوَٰتِ وَٱلۡأَرۡضِ عَٰلِمَ ٱلۡغَيۡبِ وَٱلشَّهَٰدَةِ أَنتَ تَحۡكُمُ بَيۡنَ عِبَادِكَ فِي مَا كَانُواْ فِيهِ يَخۡتَلِفُونَ
English translation: Say O Allah! Creator (of) the heavens and the earth Knower (of) the unseen and the witnessed You will judge between Your slaves in what they used (to) therein differ
Transliteration: quli al-lahuma fatira al-samawati wal-ardi alima al-ghaybi wal-shahadati anta tahkumu bayna ibadika fi ma kanu fihi yakhtalifuna
