Quran 39:40 from Surah Az-Zumar on Divine Marvels.
مَن يَأۡتِيهِ عَذَابٞ يُخۡزِيهِ وَيَحِلُّ عَلَيۡهِ عَذَابٞ مُّقِيمٌ
English translation: (Upon) whom will come a punishment disgracing him and descends on him a punishment everlasting
Transliteration: man yatihi adhabun yukh'zihi wayahillu alayhi adhabun muqimun
