Quran 39:38 from Surah Az-Zumar on Divine Marvels.
وَلَئِن سَأَلۡتَهُم مَّنۡ خَلَقَ ٱلسَّمَٰوَٰتِ وَٱلۡأَرۡضَ لَيَقُولُنَّ ٱللَّهُۚ قُلۡ أَفَرَءَيۡتُم مَّا تَدۡعُونَ مِن دُونِ ٱللَّهِ إِنۡ أَرَادَنِيَ ٱللَّهُ بِضُرٍّ هَلۡ هُنَّ كَٰشِفَٰتُ ضُرِّهِۦٓ أَوۡ أَرَادَنِي بِرَحۡمَةٍ هَلۡ هُنَّ مُمۡسِكَٰتُ رَحۡمَتِهِۦۚ قُلۡ حَسۡبِيَ ٱللَّهُۖ عَلَيۡهِ يَتَوَكَّلُ ٱلۡمُتَوَكِّلُونَ
English translation: And if you ask them who created the heavens and the earth Surely, they will say Allah Say Then do you see what you invoke besides besides Allah if Allah intended for me Allah intended for me harm are they removers (of) harm (from) Him or if He intended for me mercy are they withholders (of) His mercy Say Sufficient (is) Allah for me Sufficient (is) Allah for me upon Him put trust those who trust
Transliteration: wala-in sa-altahum man khalaqa al-samawati wal-arda layaqulunna al-lahu qul afara-aytum ma tad'una min duni al-lahi in aradaniya al-lahu bidurrin hal hunna kashifatu durrihi aw aradani birahmatin hal hunna mum'sikatu rahmatihi qul hasbiya al-lahu alayhi yatawakkalu al-mutawakiluna
