Quran 39:19 from Surah Az-Zumar on Divine Marvels.
أَفَمَنۡ حَقَّ عَلَيۡهِ كَلِمَةُ ٱلۡعَذَابِ أَفَأَنتَ تُنقِذُ مَن فِي ٱلنَّارِ
English translation: Then is (one) who became due on him the word (of) the punishment Then can you save (one) who (is) in the Fire
Transliteration: afaman haqqa alayhi kalimatu al-'adhabi afa-anta tunqidhu man fi al-nari
