Quran 38:4 from Surah Saad on Divine Marvels.
وَعَجِبُوٓاْ أَن جَآءَهُم مُّنذِرٞ مِّنۡهُمۡۖ وَقَالَ ٱلۡكَٰفِرُونَ هَٰذَا سَٰحِرٞ كَذَّابٌ
English translation: And they wonder that has come to them a warner from among themselves And said the disbelievers This (is) a magician a liar
Transliteration: wa'ajibu an jaahum mundhirun min'hum waqala al-kafiruna hadha sahirun kadhabun
