Quran 38:10 from Surah Saad on Divine Marvels.
أَمۡ لَهُم مُّلۡكُ ٱلسَّمَٰوَٰتِ وَٱلۡأَرۡضِ وَمَا بَيۡنَهُمَاۖ فَلۡيَرۡتَقُواْ فِي ٱلۡأَسۡبَٰبِ
English translation: Or for them (is the) dominion (of) the heavens and the earth and whatever (is) between them Then let them ascend by the means
Transliteration: am lahum mul'ku al-samawati wal-ardi wama baynahuma falyartaqu fi al-asbabi
