Quran 36:67 from Surah Yaseen on Divine Marvels.
وَلَوۡ نَشَآءُ لَمَسَخۡنَٰهُمۡ عَلَىٰ مَكَانَتِهِمۡ فَمَا ٱسۡتَطَٰعُواْ مُضِيّٗا وَلَا يَرۡجِعُونَ
English translation: And if We willed surely We (would have) transformed them in their places then not they would have been able to proceed and not return
Transliteration: walaw nashau lamasakhnahum ala makanatihim fama is'tata'u mudiyyan wala yarji'una
