Quran 36:10 from Surah Yaseen on Divine Marvels.
وَسَوَآءٌ عَلَيۡهِمۡ ءَأَنذَرۡتَهُمۡ أَمۡ لَمۡ تُنذِرۡهُمۡ لَا يُؤۡمِنُونَ
English translation: And it (is) same to them whether you warn them or (do) not warn them not they will believe
Transliteration: wasawaon alayhim a-andhartahum am lam tundhir'hum la yu'minuna
