Quran 35:19 from Surah Faatir on Divine Marvels.
وَمَا يَسۡتَوِي ٱلۡأَعۡمَىٰ وَٱلۡبَصِيرُ
English translation: And not equal (are) the blind and the seeing
Transliteration: wama yastawi al-a'ma wal-basiru
