Quran 33:36 from Surah Al-Ahzaab on Divine Marvels.
وَمَا كَانَ لِمُؤۡمِنٖ وَلَا مُؤۡمِنَةٍ إِذَا قَضَى ٱللَّهُ وَرَسُولُهُۥٓ أَمۡرًا أَن يَكُونَ لَهُمُ ٱلۡخِيَرَةُ مِنۡ أَمۡرِهِمۡۗ وَمَن يَعۡصِ ٱللَّهَ وَرَسُولَهُۥ فَقَدۡ ضَلَّ ضَلَٰلٗا مُّبِينٗا
English translation: And not (it) is for a believing man and not (for) a believing woman when Allah has decided Allah has decided and His Messenger a matter that (there) should be for them (any) choice about their affair And whoever disobeys Allah and His Messenger certainly he (has) strayed (into) error clear
Transliteration: wama kana limu'minin wala mu'minatin idha qada al-lahu warasuluhu amran an yakuna lahumu al-khiyaratu min amrihim waman ya'si al-laha warasulahu faqad dalla dalalan mubinan
