Quran 32:18 from Surah As-Sajda on Divine Marvels.
أَفَمَن كَانَ مُؤۡمِنٗا كَمَن كَانَ فَاسِقٗاۚ لَّا يَسۡتَوُۥنَ
English translation: Then is one who is a believer like (him) who is defiantly disobedient Not they are equal
Transliteration: afaman kana mu'minan kaman kana fasiqan la yastawuna
