Quran 30:26 from Surah Ar-Room on Divine Marvels.
وَلَهُۥ مَن فِي ٱلسَّمَٰوَٰتِ وَٱلۡأَرۡضِۖ كُلّٞ لَّهُۥ قَٰنِتُونَ
English translation: And to Him (belongs) whoever (is) in the heavens and the earth All to Him (are) obedient
Transliteration: walahu man fi al-samawati wal-ardi kullun lahu qanituna
