Quran 3:26 from Surah Aal-i-Imraan on Divine Marvels.
قُلِ ٱللَّهُمَّ مَٰلِكَ ٱلۡمُلۡكِ تُؤۡتِي ٱلۡمُلۡكَ مَن تَشَآءُ وَتَنزِعُ ٱلۡمُلۡكَ مِمَّن تَشَآءُ وَتُعِزُّ مَن تَشَآءُ وَتُذِلُّ مَن تَشَآءُۖ بِيَدِكَ ٱلۡخَيۡرُۖ إِنَّكَ عَلَىٰ كُلِّ شَيۡءٖ قَدِيرٞ
English translation: Say O Allah! Owner (of) the Dominion You give the dominion (to) whom You will and You take away the dominion from whom You will and You honor whom You will and You humiliate whom You will In Your hand (is all) the good Indeed You (are) on every thing All-Powerful
Transliteration: quli al-lahuma malika al-mul'ki tu'ti al-mul'ka man tashau watanzi'u al-mul'ka mimman tashau watu'izzu man tashau watudhillu man tashau biyadika al-khayru innaka ala kulli shayin qadirun
