Quran 3:23 from Surah Aal-i-Imraan on Divine Marvels.
أَلَمۡ تَرَ إِلَى ٱلَّذِينَ أُوتُواْ نَصِيبٗا مِّنَ ٱلۡكِتَٰبِ يُدۡعَوۡنَ إِلَىٰ كِتَٰبِ ٱللَّهِ لِيَحۡكُمَ بَيۡنَهُمۡ ثُمَّ يَتَوَلَّىٰ فَرِيقٞ مِّنۡهُمۡ وَهُم مُّعۡرِضُونَ
English translation: Have not you seen [to] those who were given a portion of the Scripture They are invited to (the) Book (of) Allah that (it should) arbitrate between them then turns away a party of them and they (are) those who are averse
Transliteration: alam tara ila alladhina utu nasiban mina al-kitabi yud'awna ila kitabi al-lahi liyahkuma baynahum thumma yatawalla fariqun min'hum wahum mu'riduna
