Quran 3:129 from Surah Aal-i-Imraan on Divine Marvels.
وَلِلَّهِ مَا فِي ٱلسَّمَٰوَٰتِ وَمَا فِي ٱلۡأَرۡضِۚ يَغۡفِرُ لِمَن يَشَآءُ وَيُعَذِّبُ مَن يَشَآءُۚ وَٱللَّهُ غَفُورٞ رَّحِيمٞ
English translation: And to Allah (belongs) what (is) in the heavens and what (is) in the earth He forgives [for] whom He wills and punishes whom He wills And Allah (is) Oft-Forgiving Most Merciful
Transliteration: walillahi ma fi al-samawati wama fi al-ardi yaghfiru liman yashau wayu'adhibu man yashau wal-lahu ghafurun rahimun
