Quran 29:63 from Surah Al-Ankaboot on Divine Marvels.
وَلَئِن سَأَلۡتَهُم مَّن نَّزَّلَ مِنَ ٱلسَّمَآءِ مَآءٗ فَأَحۡيَا بِهِ ٱلۡأَرۡضَ مِنۢ بَعۡدِ مَوۡتِهَا لَيَقُولُنَّ ٱللَّهُۚ قُلِ ٱلۡحَمۡدُ لِلَّهِۚ بَلۡ أَكۡثَرُهُمۡ لَا يَعۡقِلُونَ
English translation: And if you ask them Who sends down from the sky water and gives life thereby (to) the earth after after its death Surely, they would say Allah Say All Praises (are) for Allah But most of them (do) not use reason
Transliteration: wala-in sa-altahum man nazzala mina al-samai maan fa-ahya bihi al-arda min ba'di mawtiha layaqulunna al-lahu quli al-hamdu lillahi bal aktharuhum la ya'qiluna
