Quran 29:22 from Surah Al-Ankaboot on Divine Marvels.
وَمَآ أَنتُم بِمُعۡجِزِينَ فِي ٱلۡأَرۡضِ وَلَا فِي ٱلسَّمَآءِۖ وَمَا لَكُم مِّن دُونِ ٱللَّهِ مِن وَلِيّٖ وَلَا نَصِيرٖ
English translation: And not you can escape in the earth and not in the heaven And not for you besides besides Allah any protector and not a helper
Transliteration: wama antum bimu'jizina fi al-ardi wala fi al-samai wama lakum min duni al-lahi min waliyyin wala nasirin
