Quran 28:68 from Surah Al-Qasas on Divine Marvels.
وَرَبُّكَ يَخۡلُقُ مَا يَشَآءُ وَيَخۡتَارُۗ مَا كَانَ لَهُمُ ٱلۡخِيَرَةُۚ سُبۡحَٰنَ ٱللَّهِ وَتَعَٰلَىٰ عَمَّا يُشۡرِكُونَ
English translation: And your Lord creates what He wills and chooses Not they have for them the choice Glory be (to) Allah and High is He above what they associate (with Him)
Transliteration: warabbuka yakhluqu ma yashau wayakhtaru ma kana lahumu al-khiyaratu sub'hana al-lahi wata'ala amma yush'rikuna
