English translation: And if not [that] struck them a disaster for what had sent forth their hands and they would say Our Lord! Why not You sent to us a Messenger so we (could have) followed Your Verses and we (would) have been of the believers
Transliteration: walawla an tusibahum musibatun bima qaddamat aydihim fayaqulu rabbana lawla arsalta ilayna rasulan fanattabi'a ayatika wanakuna mina al-mu'minina
