Quran 28:4 from Surah Al-Qasas on Divine Marvels.
إِنَّ فِرۡعَوۡنَ عَلَا فِي ٱلۡأَرۡضِ وَجَعَلَ أَهۡلَهَا شِيَعٗا يَسۡتَضۡعِفُ طَآئِفَةٗ مِّنۡهُمۡ يُذَبِّحُ أَبۡنَآءَهُمۡ وَيَسۡتَحۡيِۦ نِسَآءَهُمۡۚ إِنَّهُۥ كَانَ مِنَ ٱلۡمُفۡسِدِينَ
English translation: Indeed Firaun exalted himself in the land and made its people (into) sects oppressing a group among them slaughtering their sons and letting live their women Indeed he was of the corrupters
Transliteration: inna fir'awna ala fi al-ardi waja'ala ahlaha shiya'an yastad'ifu taifatan min'hum yudhabbihu abnaahum wayastahyi nisaahum innahu kana mina al-muf'sidina
