Quran 28:19 from Surah Al-Qasas on Divine Marvels.
فَلَمَّآ أَنۡ أَرَادَ أَن يَبۡطِشَ بِٱلَّذِي هُوَ عَدُوّٞ لَّهُمَا قَالَ يَٰمُوسَىٰٓ أَتُرِيدُ أَن تَقۡتُلَنِي كَمَا قَتَلۡتَ نَفۡسَۢا بِٱلۡأَمۡسِۖ إِن تُرِيدُ إِلَّآ أَن تَكُونَ جَبَّارٗا فِي ٱلۡأَرۡضِ وَمَا تُرِيدُ أَن تَكُونَ مِنَ ٱلۡمُصۡلِحِينَ
English translation: Then when [that] he wanted to strike the one who [he] (was) an enemy to both of them he said O Musa! Do you intend to kill me as you killed a person yesterday Not you want but that you become a tyrant in the earth and not you want that you be of the reformers
Transliteration: falamma an arada an yabtisha bi-alladhi huwa aduwwun lahuma qala yamusa aturidu an taqtulani kama qatalta nafsan bil-amsi in turidu illa an takuna jabbaran fi al-ardi wama turidu an takuna mina al-mus'lihina
