Surah Al-Furqaan 25:67

وَٱلَّذِينَ إِذَآ أَنفَقُواْ لَمۡ يُسۡرِفُواْ وَلَمۡ يَقۡتُرُواْ وَكَانَ بَيۡنَ ذَٰلِكَ قَوَامٗا

English translation: And those who when they spend (are) not extravagant (are) not extravagant and are not stingy and are not stingy but are between that moderate

Transliteration: wa-alladhina idha anfaqu lam yus'rifu walam yaqturu wakana bayna dhalika qawaman
