Quran 25:6 from Surah Al-Furqaan on Divine Marvels.
قُلۡ أَنزَلَهُ ٱلَّذِي يَعۡلَمُ ٱلسِّرَّ فِي ٱلسَّمَٰوَٰتِ وَٱلۡأَرۡضِۚ إِنَّهُۥ كَانَ غَفُورٗا رَّحِيمٗا
English translation: Say Has sent it down the One Who knows the secret in the heavens and the earth Indeed He is Oft-Forgiving Most Merciful
Transliteration: qul anzalahu alladhi ya'lamu al-sira fi al-samawati wal-ardi innahu kana ghafuran rahiman
