إِنَّمَا ٱلۡمُؤۡمِنُونَ ٱلَّذِينَ ءَامَنُواْ بِٱللَّهِ وَرَسُولِهِۦ وَإِذَا كَانُواْ مَعَهُۥ عَلَىٰٓ أَمۡرٖ جَامِعٖ لَّمۡ يَذۡهَبُواْ حَتَّىٰ يَسۡتَـٔۡذِنُوهُۚ إِنَّ ٱلَّذِينَ يَسۡتَـٔۡذِنُونَكَ أُوْلَٰٓئِكَ ٱلَّذِينَ يُؤۡمِنُونَ بِٱللَّهِ وَرَسُولِهِۦۚ فَإِذَا ٱسۡتَـٔۡذَنُوكَ لِبَعۡضِ شَأۡنِهِمۡ فَأۡذَن لِّمَن شِئۡتَ مِنۡهُمۡ وَٱسۡتَغۡفِرۡ لَهُمُ ٱللَّهَۚ إِنَّ ٱللَّهَ غَفُورٞ رَّحِيمٞ

English translation: Only the believers (are) those who believe in Allah and His Messenger and when they are with him for a matter (of) collective action not they go until they (have) asked his permission Indeed those who ask your permission those [those who] believe in Allah and His Messenger So when they ask your permission for some affair of theirs then give permission to whom you will among them and ask forgiveness for them (of) Allah Indeed Allah (is) Oft-Forgiving Most Merciful

Transliteration: innama al-mu'minuna alladhina amanu bil-lahi warasulihi wa-idha kanu ma'ahu ala amrin jami'in lam yadhhabu hatta yastadhinuhu inna alladhina yastadhinunaka ulaika alladhina yu'minuna bil-lahi warasulihi fa-idha is'tadhanuka liba'di shanihim fadhan liman shi'ta min'hum wa-is'taghfir lahumu al-laha inna al-laha ghafurun rahimun
