Quran 24:13 from Surah An-Noor on Divine Marvels.
لَّوۡلَا جَآءُو عَلَيۡهِ بِأَرۡبَعَةِ شُهَدَآءَۚ فَإِذۡ لَمۡ يَأۡتُواْ بِٱلشُّهَدَآءِ فَأُوْلَٰٓئِكَ عِندَ ٱللَّهِ هُمُ ٱلۡكَٰذِبُونَ
English translation: Why (did) not they bring for it four witnesses Then when not they brought the witnesses then those near Allah near Allah they (are) the liars
Transliteration: lawla jau alayhi bi-arba'ati shuhadaa fa-idh lam yatu bil-shuhadai fa-ulaika inda al-lahi humu al-kadhibuna
