English translation: So have not they traveled in the land and is for them hearts (to) reason with it or ears (to) hear with it For indeed [it] not (are) blinded the eyes but (are) blinded the hearts which (are) in the breasts
Transliteration: afalam yasiru fi al-ardi fatakuna lahum qulubun ya'qiluna biha aw adhanun yasma'una biha fa-innaha la ta'ma al-absaru walakin ta'ma al-qulubu allati fi al-suduri
