Quran 22:15 from Surah Al-Hajj on Divine Marvels.
مَن كَانَ يَظُنُّ أَن لَّن يَنصُرَهُ ٱللَّهُ فِي ٱلدُّنۡيَا وَٱلۡأٓخِرَةِ فَلۡيَمۡدُدۡ بِسَبَبٍ إِلَى ٱلسَّمَآءِ ثُمَّ لۡيَقۡطَعۡ فَلۡيَنظُرۡ هَلۡ يُذۡهِبَنَّ كَيۡدُهُۥ مَا يَغِيظُ
English translation: Whoever [is] thinks that not Allah will help him Allah will help him in the world and the Hereafter then let him extend a rope to the sky then let him cut off then let him see whether will remove his plan what enrages
Transliteration: man kana yazunnu an lan yansurahu al-lahu fi al-dun'ya wal-akhirati falyamdud bisababin ila al-samai thumma l'yaqta' falyanzur hal yudh'hibanna kayduhu ma yaghizu
