Quran 2:83 from Surah Al-Baqara on Divine Marvels.
وَإِذۡ أَخَذۡنَا مِيثَٰقَ بَنِيٓ إِسۡرَٰٓءِيلَ لَا تَعۡبُدُونَ إِلَّا ٱللَّهَ وَبِٱلۡوَٰلِدَيۡنِ إِحۡسَانٗا وَذِي ٱلۡقُرۡبَىٰ وَٱلۡيَتَٰمَىٰ وَٱلۡمَسَٰكِينِ وَقُولُواْ لِلنَّاسِ حُسۡنٗا وَأَقِيمُواْ ٱلصَّلَوٰةَ وَءَاتُواْ ٱلزَّكَوٰةَ ثُمَّ تَوَلَّيۡتُمۡ إِلَّا قَلِيلٗا مِّنكُمۡ وَأَنتُم مُّعۡرِضُونَ
English translation: And when We took (the) covenant (from the) Children (of) Israel Not you will worship except Allah and with [the] parents (be) good and (with) relatives and [the] orphans and the needy and speak to [the] people good and establish the prayer and give the zakah Then you turned away except a few of you and you (were) refusing
Transliteration: wa-idh akhadhna mithaqa bani is'raila la ta'buduna illa al-laha wabil-walidayni ih'sanan wadhi al-qur'ba wal-yatama wal-masakini waqulu lilnnasi hus'nan wa-aqimu al-salata waatu al-zakata thumma tawallaytum illa qalilan minkum wa-antum mu'riduna
