Quran 2:81 from Surah Al-Baqara on Divine Marvels.
بَلَىٰۚ مَن كَسَبَ سَيِّئَةٗ وَأَحَٰطَتۡ بِهِۦ خَطِيٓـَٔتُهُۥ فَأُوْلَٰٓئِكَ أَصۡحَٰبُ ٱلنَّارِۖ هُمۡ فِيهَا خَٰلِدُونَ
English translation: Yes whoever earned evil and surrounded him with his sins [so] those (are the) companions (of) the Fire they in it (will) abide forever
Transliteration: bala man kasaba sayyi-atan wa-ahatat bihi khatiatuhu fa-ulaika ashabu al-nari hum fiha khaliduna
