Quran 2:258 from Surah Al-Baqara on Divine Marvels.
أَلَمۡ تَرَ إِلَى ٱلَّذِي حَآجَّ إِبۡرَٰهِـۧمَ فِي رَبِّهِۦٓ أَنۡ ءَاتَىٰهُ ٱللَّهُ ٱلۡمُلۡكَ إِذۡ قَالَ إِبۡرَٰهِـۧمُ رَبِّيَ ٱلَّذِي يُحۡيِۦ وَيُمِيتُ قَالَ أَنَا۠ أُحۡيِۦ وَأُمِيتُۖ قَالَ إِبۡرَٰهِـۧمُ فَإِنَّ ٱللَّهَ يَأۡتِي بِٱلشَّمۡسِ مِنَ ٱلۡمَشۡرِقِ فَأۡتِ بِهَا مِنَ ٱلۡمَغۡرِبِ فَبُهِتَ ٱلَّذِي كَفَرَۗ وَٱللَّهُ لَا يَهۡدِي ٱلۡقَوۡمَ ٱلظَّٰلِمِينَ
English translation: Did not you see [towards] the one who argued (with) Ibrahim concerning his Lord because gave him Allah the kingdom When Said Ibrahim My Lord (is) the One Who grants life and causes death He said I give life and cause death Said Ibrahim [Then] indeed Allah brings up the sun from the east so you bring it from the west So became dumbfounded the one who disbelieved and Allah (does) not guide the people (who are) [the] wrongdoers
Transliteration: alam tara ila alladhi hajja ib'rahima fi rabbihi an atahu al-lahu al-mul'ka idh qala ib'rahimu rabbiya alladhi yuh'yi wayumitu qala ana uh'yi wa-umitu qala ib'rahimu fa-inna al-laha yati bil-shamsi mina al-mashriqi fati biha mina al-maghribi fabuhita alladhi kafara wal-lahu la yahdi al-qawma al-zalimina
