Quran 2:231 from Surah Al-Baqara on Divine Marvels.
وَإِذَا طَلَّقۡتُمُ ٱلنِّسَآءَ فَبَلَغۡنَ أَجَلَهُنَّ فَأَمۡسِكُوهُنَّ بِمَعۡرُوفٍ أَوۡ سَرِّحُوهُنَّ بِمَعۡرُوفٖۚ وَلَا تُمۡسِكُوهُنَّ ضِرَارٗا لِّتَعۡتَدُواْۚ وَمَن يَفۡعَلۡ ذَٰلِكَ فَقَدۡ ظَلَمَ نَفۡسَهُۥۚ وَلَا تَتَّخِذُوٓاْ ءَايَٰتِ ٱللَّهِ هُزُوٗاۚ وَٱذۡكُرُواْ نِعۡمَتَ ٱللَّهِ عَلَيۡكُمۡ وَمَآ أَنزَلَ عَلَيۡكُم مِّنَ ٱلۡكِتَٰبِ وَٱلۡحِكۡمَةِ يَعِظُكُم بِهِۦۚ وَٱتَّقُواْ ٱللَّهَ وَٱعۡلَمُوٓاْ أَنَّ ٱللَّهَ بِكُلِّ شَيۡءٍ عَلِيمٞ
English translation: And when you divorce the women and they reach their (waiting) term then retain them in a fair manner or release them in a fair manner And (do) not retain them (to) hurt so that you transgress And whoever does that then indeed he wronged himself And (do) not take (the) Verses (of) Allah (in) jest and remember (the) Favors (of) Allah upon you and what (is) revealed to you of the Book and the wisdom He instructs you with it And fear Allah and know that Allah (is) of every thing All-Knower
Transliteration: wa-idha tallaqtumu al-nisaa fabalaghna ajalahunna fa-amsikuhunna bima'rufin aw sarrihuhunna bima'rufin wala tum'sikuhunna diraran lita'tadu waman yaf 'al dhalika faqad zalama nafsahu wala tattakhidhu ayati al-lahi huzuwan wa-udh'kuru ni'mata al-lahi alaykum wama anzala alaykum mina al-kitabi wal-hik'mati ya'izukum bihi wa-ittaqu al-laha wa-i'lamu anna al-laha bikulli shayin alimun
