Quran 2:210 from Surah Al-Baqara on Divine Marvels.
هَلۡ يَنظُرُونَ إِلَّآ أَن يَأۡتِيَهُمُ ٱللَّهُ فِي ظُلَلٖ مِّنَ ٱلۡغَمَامِ وَٱلۡمَلَٰٓئِكَةُ وَقُضِيَ ٱلۡأَمۡرُۚ وَإِلَى ٱللَّهِ تُرۡجَعُ ٱلۡأُمُورُ
English translation: Are they waiting [except] that comes to them Allah in (the) shadows of [the] clouds and the Angels and is decreed the matter And to Allah return (all) the matters
Transliteration: hal yanzuruna illa an yatiyahumu al-lahu fi zulalin mina al-ghamami wal-malaikatu waqudiya al-amru wa-ila al-lahi tur'ja'u al-umuru
