Quran 2:177 from Surah Al-Baqara on Divine Marvels.
۞لَّيۡسَ ٱلۡبِرَّ أَن تُوَلُّواْ وُجُوهَكُمۡ قِبَلَ ٱلۡمَشۡرِقِ وَٱلۡمَغۡرِبِ وَلَٰكِنَّ ٱلۡبِرَّ مَنۡ ءَامَنَ بِٱللَّهِ وَٱلۡيَوۡمِ ٱلۡأٓخِرِ وَٱلۡمَلَٰٓئِكَةِ وَٱلۡكِتَٰبِ وَٱلنَّبِيِّـۧنَ وَءَاتَى ٱلۡمَالَ عَلَىٰ حُبِّهِۦ ذَوِي ٱلۡقُرۡبَىٰ وَٱلۡيَتَٰمَىٰ وَٱلۡمَسَٰكِينَ وَٱبۡنَ ٱلسَّبِيلِ وَٱلسَّآئِلِينَ وَفِي ٱلرِّقَابِ وَأَقَامَ ٱلصَّلَوٰةَ وَءَاتَى ٱلزَّكَوٰةَ وَٱلۡمُوفُونَ بِعَهۡدِهِمۡ إِذَا عَٰهَدُواْۖ وَٱلصَّٰبِرِينَ فِي ٱلۡبَأۡسَآءِ وَٱلضَّرَّآءِ وَحِينَ ٱلۡبَأۡسِۗ أُوْلَٰٓئِكَ ٱلَّذِينَ صَدَقُواْۖ وَأُوْلَٰٓئِكَ هُمُ ٱلۡمُتَّقُونَ
English translation: It is not [the] righteousness that you turn your faces towards the east and the west [and] but the righteous[ness] (is he) who believes in Allah and the Day [the] Last and the Angels and the Book and the Prophets and gives the wealth in spite of his love (for it) (to) those (of) the near relatives and the orphans and the needy and (of) the wayfarer and those who ask and in freeing the necks (slaves) and (who) establish the prayer and give the zakah and those who fulfill their covenant when they make it and those who are patient in [the] suffering and [the] hardship at (the) time (of) [the] stress Those (are) the ones who are true and those [they] (are) the righteous
Transliteration: laysa al-bira an tuwallu wujuhakum qibala al-mashriqi wal-maghribi walakinna al-bira man amana bil-lahi wal-yawmi al-akhiri wal-malaikati wal-kitabi wal-nabiyina waata al-mala ala hubbihi dhawi al-qur'ba wal-yatama wal-masakina wa-ib'na al-sabili wal-sailina wafi al-riqabi wa-aqama al-salata waata al-zakata wal-mufuna bi'ahdihim idha ahadu wal-sabirina fi al-basai wal-darai wahina al-basi ulaika alladhina sadaqu wa-ulaika humu al-mutaquna
