Quran 2:160 from Surah Al-Baqara on Divine Marvels.
إِلَّا ٱلَّذِينَ تَابُواْ وَأَصۡلَحُواْ وَبَيَّنُواْ فَأُوْلَٰٓئِكَ أَتُوبُ عَلَيۡهِمۡ وَأَنَا ٱلتَّوَّابُ ٱلرَّحِيمُ
English translation: Except those who repent[ed] and reform[ed] and openly declar[ed] Then those I will accept repentance from them and I (am) the Acceptor of Repentance the Most Merciful
Transliteration: illa alladhina tabu wa-aslahu wabayyanu fa-ulaika atubu alayhim wa-ana al-tawabu al-rahimu
