Quran 2:133 from Surah Al-Baqara on Divine Marvels.
أَمۡ كُنتُمۡ شُهَدَآءَ إِذۡ حَضَرَ يَعۡقُوبَ ٱلۡمَوۡتُ إِذۡ قَالَ لِبَنِيهِ مَا تَعۡبُدُونَ مِنۢ بَعۡدِيۖ قَالُواْ نَعۡبُدُ إِلَٰهَكَ وَإِلَٰهَ ءَابَآئِكَ إِبۡرَٰهِـۧمَ وَإِسۡمَٰعِيلَ وَإِسۡحَٰقَ إِلَٰهٗا وَٰحِدٗا وَنَحۡنُ لَهُۥ مُسۡلِمُونَ
English translation: Or were you witnesses when came to Yaqub [the] death when he said to his sons What will you worship from after me They said We will worship your God and (the) God (of) your forefathers Ibrahim and Ismail and Ishaq God One And we to Him (are) submissive
Transliteration: am kuntum shuhadaa idh hadara ya'quba al-mawtu idh qala libanihi ma ta'buduna min ba'di qalu na'budu ilahaka wa-ilaha abaika ib'rahima wa-is'ma'ila wa-is'haqa ilahan wahidan wanahnu lahu mus'limuna
