Quran 18:84 from Surah Al-Kahf on Divine Marvels.
إِنَّا مَكَّنَّا لَهُۥ فِي ٱلۡأَرۡضِ وَءَاتَيۡنَٰهُ مِن كُلِّ شَيۡءٖ سَبَبٗا
English translation: Indeed We [We] established [for] him in the earth and We gave him of every thing a means
Transliteration: inna makkanna lahu fi al-ardi waataynahu min kulli shayin sababan
