Quran 17:54 from Surah Al-Israa on Divine Marvels.
رَّبُّكُمۡ أَعۡلَمُ بِكُمۡۖ إِن يَشَأۡ يَرۡحَمۡكُمۡ أَوۡ إِن يَشَأۡ يُعَذِّبۡكُمۡۚ وَمَآ أَرۡسَلۡنَٰكَ عَلَيۡهِمۡ وَكِيلٗا
English translation: Your Lord (is) most knowing of you If He wills He will have mercy on you or if He wills He will punish you And not We have sent you over them (as) a guardian
Transliteration: rabbukum a'lamu bikum in yasha yarhamkum aw in yasha yu'adhib'kum wama arsalnaka alayhim wakilan
