Quran 17:100 from Surah Al-Israa on Divine Marvels.
قُل لَّوۡ أَنتُمۡ تَمۡلِكُونَ خَزَآئِنَ رَحۡمَةِ رَبِّيٓ إِذٗا لَّأَمۡسَكۡتُمۡ خَشۡيَةَ ٱلۡإِنفَاقِۚ وَكَانَ ٱلۡإِنسَٰنُ قَتُورٗا
English translation: Say If you possess the treasures (of) the Mercy (of) my Lord then surely you would withhold (out of) fear (of) spending And is man stingy
Transliteration: qul law antum tamlikuna khazaina rahmati rabbi idhan la-amsaktum khashyata al-infaqi wakana al-insanu qaturan
