Quran 16:101 from Surah An-Nahl on Divine Marvels.
وَإِذَا بَدَّلۡنَآ ءَايَةٗ مَّكَانَ ءَايَةٖ وَٱللَّهُ أَعۡلَمُ بِمَا يُنَزِّلُ قَالُوٓاْ إِنَّمَآ أَنتَ مُفۡتَرِۭۚ بَلۡ أَكۡثَرُهُمۡ لَا يَعۡلَمُونَ
English translation: And when We substitute a Verse (in) place (of) a Verse and Allah (is) most knowing of what He sends down they say Only you (are) an inventor Nay most of them (do) not know
Transliteration: wa-idha baddalna ayatan makana ayatin wal-lahu a'lamu bima yunazzilu qalu innama anta muf'tarin bal aktharuhum la ya'lamuna
