Quran 13:19 from Surah Ar-Ra'd on Divine Marvels.
۞أَفَمَن يَعۡلَمُ أَنَّمَآ أُنزِلَ إِلَيۡكَ مِن رَّبِّكَ ٱلۡحَقُّ كَمَنۡ هُوَ أَعۡمَىٰٓۚ إِنَّمَا يَتَذَكَّرُ أُوْلُواْ ٱلۡأَلۡبَٰبِ
English translation: Then is (he) who knows that which has been revealed to you from your Lord (is) the truth like (one) who [he] (is) blind Only pay heed men (of) understanding
Transliteration: afaman ya'lamu annama unzila ilayka min rabbika al-haqu kaman huwa a'ma innama yatadhakkaru ulu al-albabi
