Quran 12:110 from Surah Yusuf on Divine Marvels.
حَتَّىٰٓ إِذَا ٱسۡتَيۡـَٔسَ ٱلرُّسُلُ وَظَنُّوٓاْ أَنَّهُمۡ قَدۡ كُذِبُواْ جَآءَهُمۡ نَصۡرُنَا فَنُجِّيَ مَن نَّشَآءُۖ وَلَا يُرَدُّ بَأۡسُنَا عَنِ ٱلۡقَوۡمِ ٱلۡمُجۡرِمِينَ
English translation: Until when gave up hope the Messengers and thought that they certainly were denied then came to them Our help and was saved whom We willed And not (can) be repelled Our punishment from the people (who are) criminals
Transliteration: hatta idha is'tayasa al-rusulu wazannu annahum qad kudhibu jaahum nasruna fanujjiya man nashau wala yuraddu basuna ani al-qawmi al-muj'rimina
