Quran 107:3 from Surah Al-Maa'un on Divine Marvels.
وَلَا يَحُضُّ عَلَىٰ طَعَامِ ٱلۡمِسۡكِينِ
English translation: And (does) not feel the urge to feed the poor
Transliteration: wala yahuddu ala ta'ami al-mis'kini
